Before starting Lighthouse, in 2020, I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership, human resources and change management, working with people, managing projects, solving problems and navigating change.
That experience taught me something important; behind every project, challenge or big decision is a person trying to figure out the best way to move forward.
I created Lighthouse Management Co. to bring together my business experience, genuine care for people and love of all things organizing. Whether we're organizing your home, preparing for a move or getting a business project off the ground, I bring compassion, good judgement and a willingness to roll up my sleeves and help.

After years in a fast-paced corporate environment in Toronto, I was ready for a different pace of life. Moving to the Okanagan with my family gave me the opportunity to rethink how I wanted to spend my time and what mattered most. These days you'll often find me outdoors, practicing kung fu or tai chi, spending time with my family or enjoying good music, a cup of tea and a meaningful conversation. I believe life feels better when we make room for what matters most, make room for living. It's a philosophy I live by and the one that inspired the heart of Lighthouse.
