I’m a professional organizer who helps people get unstuck at home, in their projects, and through life transitions.
Most of my clients come to me when things have built up ~ too much stuff, too many decisions, or just too much going on and they don’t know where to start.
I help you sort through it, step by step, so things feel more manageable and you can move forward with clarity.

Hi! I'm Angela
my background
Before founding Lighthouse Management Co., I spent over 20 years in corporate leadership, human resources, and change management, helping people and organizations navigate challenge and change. Through decades of hands-on experience, I developed a practical and compassionate approach to bringing clarity to overwhelming situations and helping people move forward. Today, I use that same grounded approach to help clients clear what’s not working, create structure, and build lasting momentum.
a bit more about me
I live in the Okanagan Valley with my husband and our two kids.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me out in nature, practicing kung fu or tai chi, spending time with my family, or slowing things down with a cup of tea, good music, and meaningful conversation.

how I got here

For years, I lived and worked in a fast-paced, high-pressure corporate environment in Toronto, managing people, projects, and constant change. From the outside, everything looked successful. But over time, I realized how much I was carrying and how little space there was to actually breathe. Life felt full, but not in a way that was sustainable. So I started simplifying. Not all at once, and not perfectly ~ but step by step. Letting go of things, commitments, and ways of living that no longer worked. That process led to some big changes. I stepped away from my corporate career, started my own business, and we moved our family across the country to build a different kind of life. And this wasn’t just about changing what I did, it meant letting go of expectations, pace, and parts of an identity I had built over years. On the other side of that, I found something different. A simpler, lighter, more intentional way of living. That experience shapes the work I do today. Because I know what it feels like to be overwhelmed and I know what it takes to move through it. This work isn’t just about organizing spaces. It’s about helping you clear what’s no longer working so you can move forward with more clarity, space, and ease.
